"The employees in the parts department are total pro's. Unlike the chain hardware stores, just walk in and tell them what part you need or show them the part you have and they will get a new part for you quickly. They also give helpful advice to non-professionals."

They did not have the part on hand but the person helping me, he's name is Tyler, offered excellent customer service. Very nice guy. Winsupply's showroom is closed due to the pandemic.
