"In 2019 My Husband and I, along with my Daughter and her family and her Mother in-law booked a trip with this agency. Then came the Pandemic.when we canceled the trip we’re told by Laura Gould that she would handle Everything and that we would all get our Money Back ! After waiting some time we called Her back and she said it was too late and that She Denied Everything that she told us !,! We thought that we would get our Money back from NCL but they said that it was up to the Travel Agency to file the paperwork for the refunds , She Never Did !,!!"
"Just booked my third vacation through Laura and Bucket List travel. Our first booking was a large group of us doing a friends and family cruise, with members from multiple states. Laura made it easy to plan and setup the group, kept us informed of events and price drops, and then got us all upgrades to mini-suites from balconies due to another price drop that happened after our final payments. A couple people in the group had to cancel due to other issues, and Laura processed that and their refunds right away. She also answered all of our questions over and over and over again (we asked alot). Now I know all I have to do is send an email to make a reservation and Laura will handle the rest. Piece of mind, and relaxation,, ins't that what a vacation is about?"
