"Would not recommend using P & H . I opened a salon during 2020, the plumber and plimpton & hills play the blame game. Our water has not been consistent or on point since day one. Had the specs for what we needed then ordered us the wrong water heater. Months later, got another heater. Never worked correctly. DO NOT recommend or trust."

"My aunt has purchased ALL her bathroom products here for years. She just redid her entire bathroom and went here for everything. She purchased a faucet aerator key kit for $26 from them but found the same kit for $6 at home depot. The kit was unopened unused and not damaged. She asked this place to return it they told her "we would have to charge you a restocking fee" the restocking fee was $20! not good customer service."
