This last trip, when a family member we were staying with unexpectantly was diagnosed with COVID-19, we had to scramble to make alternate arrangements. I called Valeri from vacation in a panic. She calmed me down, thought through some options, and within a half hour called me back with new hotel rooms reserved and special accomodations with one to extend the room we already had reserved additional nights.
