"Outstanding customer service and superior equipment. I had a water issue in my basement due to the large amount of water we have recently received. Realizing I needed a Sump Pump, I went to Allen's plumbing and Johnny was so helpful in providing me everything. The pump I wanted wasn't available for a couple days and Johnny offered to deliver to my house on his way home! They also loaded the equipment in my SUV -who does that? Johnny also gave me a number to text with any questions and they promptly w/in 2 minutes texted back. Can't say enough good things about Allen's plumbing. Thank you Johnny!!"

"Very disappointed the sales person didn't mention our sump pump purchase was final sale. Tried to return within a week when we were able to fix the existing one. The owner's policy is to sell everything final sale. Be warned."

"Not good customer service. I came in with a rough idea what I was looking for and was more than willing to hear what someone with plumbing experience would suggest. I was met with being interrupted and condescended the entire time while trying to communicate my project, and felt completely disregarded when checking out. This was a disheartening experience overall as I was trying to find a part for a simple DIY repair... Guess I should have looked at the reviews of this place first, I much would have rather search for the part online than be met with this sort of treatment."

"$16 for a propane refill is a great price these days. Excellent service also- the guy took the propane tank out of my trunk, filled it and put it back in my trunk. You don’t find service like this often these days. Support small businesses, especially the ones that provide warm friendly service!"
