"The associates William & Charles were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional! They made my difficult decision very easy with their many selections, ideas and recommendations! Thank you! I will definitely recommend this store!"
"Let me start off by staying. It is a bit ridiculous when this company recommends an underlayment for flooring that destroys your floor overtime, I had spent close to $13,000 on flooring for a customer. They recommended a padded underlayment that has been causing problems for the last four years! Every transition where the LVP flooring meets us tile or carpet etc, the padded underlayment allows flexibility of the floor, and it’s breaking the click clock tongues that lock the LVP together! I have since been to my customers house five times to do repairs, very curious to see what you guys have to say about this, as no one would help me in the store! This is absolutely uncalled for and the only way to repair this floor properly is to rip it all up and take out that pad “they recommended” that’s been destroying my customers floor over an over again.. the padding is about 1/8, whenever you step into the room from the transition, the floor flexes because the padding that allows the tongue to snap that holds the flooring together. Need answers and solutions Iv already lost all my profits just following instruction from the sales man.."
