"I initially had several satisfactory transactions with Tools Plus. Not so with my latest. I know the supply chain can be an issue but my dissatisfaction is also one of communication. I made a major purchase in mid-April 2022 knowing that there would be several months until my item would be available. On August 30th I contacted Tools Plus and was told "Your order is due to ship out within a week". I contacted Tools Plus again on October 17th and November 14 to determine any progress. To this day (January 11) their silence has been deafening."
