"Tour: Highlights of England & Scotland, October 2023. 48 people. 1). The bus was the smallest bus I have ever seen for a tour. Nawas should have sent a substitute bus as soon as the tour guide realized how uncomfortable it was and how long it took to pack our suitcases every time, like a puzzle. My knees met the back of the seat in front of me enough to cause pain. I am 5’ 7” tall. Just imagine how the people who were over 6 feet felt. 2). The itinerary was very poorly planned. Our group flew overnight from Washington D.C. and arrived at Heathrow at 5:30 AM. We then proceeded to drive hours and tour Salisbury cathedral and Stonehenge, and finally made it to our hotel at 7 PM for dinner. We are a group of mostly senior citizens. Some with canes one with a walker. Can you imagine how exhausted we were? We then proceeded to leave the next morning for tours driving several hours and again, arriving at a new hotel just in time for dinner. This happened three mornings in a row. This made the first four days of our tour very hard to enjoy. 3). Our visit to Edinburgh Castle started out very poorly. It was pouring rain and we had to stand outside in the rain and wind (umbrellas, turning inside out) while the tour guide, went to get the tickets. She should have told us to stay on the bus until she secured the tickets. We would have gotten wet but we wouldn’t have had to stand in the wind and rain for 20 minutes. By the time we were able to begin our tour, we were already wet and cold . This was an extremely disappointing experience."
"1. As a 6 foot tall person I thought the coach seat was not very comfortable, especially regarding thigh room.I think we numbered 47 and the coach was too small for that many riders plus 2 staff. 2.Unfortunately we had several illnesses on the trip (not you fault) but the ventilation system did not seem to be adequate. 3. Our tour guide, Hilary, was informative, thoughtful of the needs of Senior Citizens, good natured, had a variety of ideas for free time, and thorough getting our luggage where it needed to go."
"It was an experience of a lifetime. We were able to visit so many places in a short period of time. The guide and bus driver were exceptional. I would highly recommend Nawas to anyone thinking of going to the Holy Land."
"Our experience traveling to Israel was great. My mom needed to travel with oxygen and have accommodations and they were very helpful. The hotels, bus were really nice, but the tour guide was amazing. He went above and beyond. In particular if you're going to Israel, I would definitely choose Nawas."
