"Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. We have spent the last several MONTHS trying to reach our sales representative (Jeff Bickel) and his manager (Rick Kearns) regarding an order of extremely expensive Thermory pine siding that came in damaged (factory and racking marks all across the boards, broken tongue & groves, etc.). Representatives from both Thermory and Northeast Building Supply deemed the material that was delivered “in unacceptable shape” BUT after several months have yet to send replacement material out. Communication was great until we encountered issues with the order and now everyone is unreachable. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere!"
