"My husband recently visited this parlor to bring his moms dog for a hair cut. The older woman at the desk was very rude from the moment he walked in. My husband explained the dog gets a little anxious and the woman seemed very annoyed. She takes the dog and immediately tries to pick him up. No petting or making him comfortable. Obviously the dog got nervous from the abrupt pick up. The lady drops him down and says “nope, not doing this” and just hands the leash back to my husband. No apology, no nothing and just sends my husband away. We have animals our selves who aren’t nervous and super friendly but I will never consider bringing my animals here based on this ridiculous interaction. I can’t believe this woman works with animals and I would NOT trust my animals in this woman’s care."

"They do an amazing job at a great price. (Like, seriously the price is incredible.) My dog looks great and I got the impression he enjoyed the experience. He usually does not like people that aren't his but he seemed pretty happy when I got him back. Maybe they have bacon. In any event I'll be going back in six months."
