"Spoke with sales rep in person on Saturday 3/25/23, gave paper w/drawing & detailed measurements for kitchen sink & faucet; was told both available & would receive email on Tuesday, 3/25/23 with estimates (email and phone number were provided). Four weeks later still have not received email or call. Never mind, S&A, I’ll get my new sink & faucet elsewhere. Home Depot gives better service."

"Sold us a defective project. It took weeks for Shayna to contact the manufacturer. Then weeks for any resolution. They sent a replacement product and said someone would install. Then weeks later the manufacturer changed their mind and decided they would NOT install. And Shayna indicated that although she works in a cabinet store had no relationship with contractors who could repair. and basically left it to us to find someone and then wait what I could only imagine will be weeks and weeks and weeks for a reimbursement. She keep saying it's only 4 screws, neglecting to mention that there is a sink in the way of those screws. What stated off as a decent experience has turned into a nightmare. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy."
