"Terrible experience at the Bethel location. Our merchandise took months to receive and even then, one item was lost and never delivered. There was absolutely no communication from the sales associate until we called to inquire, which was numerous tines. We have spent thousands of dollars there in the past and this recent experience proved unsatisfactory in all areas. We lost the entire season using our screened in porch due to waiting so long for our replacement materials. The lack of communication and timely manner of having our merchandise ordered is unacceptable on every level. Extremely unhappy."
