"I brought my dog here because of the great reviews, but they ruined his fur. I don’t know if it will ever grow back the same honestly. I asked them to keep it long if possible, but I said I understood if they needed to cut down extra on some spots where he had some matting. The groomer agreed he would need extra taken off his legs. But, this is what he looked like when we picked him up. We didn’t even know it was our dog. And, they had the nerve to charge us extra for this saying that it was a lot of work! I don’t understand what happened"
