"Jessica does a fabulous job with our Sheepadoodle. We always get compliments on how well he is groomed. She pays close attention to how agitated a dog is getting while being groomed and adjusts accordingly. We highly recommend Groomingdales in Simsbury."

"I have a Maltipoo that loves to be groomed . I started her grooming when she was 8 weeks old so she would get used to it and not give the groomer any issues. I cried the first time I picked her up from her first grooming . They completely shaved her down and she looked like a poodle with no hair. I waited 12 weeks and went to another groomer who came highly recommended. She was not matted at all . I am a hairdresser by trade so I spend 30-45 minutes everyday combing and brushing her . When I picked her up after a 25 minute consultation she looked nothing like I wanted her to and it was another experience like the first. I researched the area and found Groomingdale’s. They specialize in small dogs . I walked in and had a lengthy conversation with Alexandria with pictures to show her . We booked the appointment and I brought her in a week later . I was so scared to pick her up and have her shaved again . I was so impressed and thrilled when I went to pick her up . She looks like a Maltipoo again The care and effort and time she put into my little pup showed. And she took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for . I found Nash’s groomer FINALLY !!!!!!!!! I loved everything about my experience here and I’m finally at peace with how my pooch is being treated when she goes there and how she looks when I get her . Awesome and amazing. 5 stars ! Thank you thank you thank you Alexandria and staff ❤️looking forward to bringing her back !!!!!"

"I have a highly anxious dog who had never been to the groomer before on account of her anxiety, so I was hesitant about bringing her in. Jessica evaluated my dog and scheduled an appointment just a few days later for early in the day to help alleviate her anxiety. Jessica did an incredible job! My dog's fur is silky smooth and her undercoat is in much better shape. Really happy with the service we received and we'll be sure to be back!"
