"The only nice thing I can say is that the owner was very friendly and my dog was not physically harmed while being groomed. My golden retriever was given an uneven cut overall and there are random patches that have been shaved, down to the skin in some cases. Luckily, it will grow back (eventually) and I will find a new groomer. My dog had no knots in her fur as she is brushed regularly."
