"This store is going downhill lately. Please be very careful of the prices while ringing out, they CONSTANTLY ring prices wrong...like every time we go...it makes us not want to shop there any longer Also, we've noticed a significant change in quality of the produce and deli items...things are spoiling much faster than they used to. Used to be such a great store..."

"My first experience with this shoprite was wonderful. My second not so much....I was planning on spending about $60 at the deli counter which in itself is a travesty. My number came up (and boy did it!) Out if the 3 deli ladies, fate paired me with Dawn. Right off the bat she had some problem with me. Slamming the meat and throwing it back in the case. The third time she threw a ham so hard at me, only the strength of the glass stopped from careening into the produce across the way. She asked me what else I wanted. I asked her if I had offended her in some way, and if I had I apologized she began to slice my 4th selection but I had had enough and told her to forget it. I left and will not be returning . There are many grocery store options in the area."

"When this ShopRite opened across from Stop & Shop we changed to exclusively shopping here every week, but lately have found the quality to have dropped significantly. On several frequent visits there will be no employee at or near the seafood counter, despite waiting and looking for help. On our most recent visit, the chicken salad from the deli we purchased contained several bones, and the rolls were found to be moldy the day after purchase. Sad to see, but we will no longer be shopping here as this has just been just one of several disappointing recent visits."

"I am so frustrated with this place the few times that I actually been in there. The service was horrible and the employees were so rude so I tried their delivery instead their app is totally flawed and does whatever it wants to. They’ll send you whatever and charge you for it even if you didn’t order it, and even if you said don’t substitute, they still send whatever they want. It took them forever to get my food to me and when they did there was a half a dozen items missing when I called to see what had happened. And explained how things were missing in my whole order was changed. They did very little to help me and after going back and forth on the phone for a week I still had no refunds and no apologies. Finally, I called the corporate office to get my money back, explained everything and told him that I would never do business with them again and I Only reason why I left one star because they won’t let you leave Zero"

"Better selection than most other grocery stores however some of the staples are overpriced compared to other ShopRites owned by others. .70 or 40% difference in gallon of bowl and basket spring water vs Glastonbury/E. Hartford After mentioning in private to the store manager she stated that it was due to demographics. In other words it's a money grab they can charge it and they do."
