Reviews of Texas Arizona
"Steven was absolutely amazing!!!! The best bartender/server ever! So accommodating. Helped us with whatever we needed. Such a stand up guy! Go and see him you will now be disappointed!!!!!!!! Again… STEVEN!!"
"service is good, the place is actually fun to check out after long day at the office but careful with a heavy set, Scarfaced bouncer who will go to any extent to make of your stay truly miserable. To begin I have never seen so much condescending energy packed in one single person and I have never seen someone as rude allowed to even be part of the hospitality industry like this guy. He kept yelling at people, yelled at me a couple of times, beating his chest by calling the place “his”, telling people whatever he wanted to do at “his patio” (dude, we know you’re just an employee supposed to keep us all safe, not treat customers like garbage). I got treated like my presence was not necessarily welcome from the moment I entered, the poor girl bartender seemed embarrassed and even overruled this gentleman’s random and targeted rules, namely not being allowed to drink at a table of my choice at the patio, with no apparent reason other that he didn’t like my pick (hello, I’m the guest here man), to be then overruled by the bartender, to be pulled out of the table and moved to one of his choice later on anyway. The whole interaction honestly seemed like a prank you only see on TV but this guy was actually serious, totally nasty, rude and mean to me just for the sake of it. I am a 18 year experienced member of the hospitality industry and if I was the owner of this bar I would fire this gentleman immediately, he’s not even fit to be a bouncer at a prison let alone a bar/restaurant. I totally understand that bouncers need to have strong assertive energy should an altercation arise, but if there’s no altercations, and you’re just an a*hole for fun to guests, you do not belong there!!! I plan on no returning to this establishment which is a shame considering the bartenders and service staff are super friendly and always do good for the guest. But I refuse to be targeted and treated like dirt by a person who has no business being part of anything hospitable, only because I wanted to grab a beer after a long day at the office. Sad really sad for the owners, please act accordingly. And my apologies for this scathing review on this gentleman but you need to protect your business and honest feedback may just help."
"Overall bad experience. The bartender was the rudest person I've ever interacted with. Every time my group and I wanted to order something he acted like I was wasting his time and he had something better to be doing, and kept gesturing to everyone to hurry up and tell him what they want. Even after telling him, he would give us the wrong drinks. Whoever the bartender is with the Brad Pitt Fury haircut, he needs to find a new job that he enjoys where he's not an a-hole to everyone. Bathroom was disgusting and the bouncers were shoving us in there even though there was no space to stand. Human excrements everywhere and no hygiene whatsoever. Also, apparently they don't close you out or give you a receipt so you have no idea how much you spent or how much the gratuity is. So you'll have a nice surprise the next morning when you check your statement. Do not go to this place. There's plenty of other nicer places within walking distance that are a much better value and atmosphere for your money."
"Great spot to catch football games in Hoboken. An abundance of TVs all around the bar. Great service from the bartenders. All drinks are served as doubles. Food is very tasty and reasonably prices for Hoboken with decent portions. They usually charge a door cover on Saturday nights, depending on how busy the town is. Definitely a local favorite. This is a Penn State bar for football season. Make sure to go see the following bartenders: Steve (always works back bar on the weekends), and Courtney and Brittany that work the front bar on the weekends! Please like this review if you found it helpful! =)"
