"I was really happy with the grooming that Carly did on my dog, but when it came to re-scheduling appointments she basically kicked us out of there. I asked to make an appointment again and she said “We’re booked for months” and I’m like I don’t mind when, in the future and she still said no. I thought okay whatever we won’t do this dog, but my other dog felt comfortable getting nail trims from her so I texted her to make an appointment and she basically ghosted me and never got back to me about anything. Very disappointed because I was really happy about the service with the dogs but I felt bad with the service with me. Not fair."

"Kim is simply the best!!! I have 2 mini aussies, which I adopted as adults. They we're not socialized and so they are very shy and timid and afraid of people they don't know and brushes and clippers and blow dryers and baths! But Kim came highly recommended as someone who can work wonders with dogs and boy did she not disappoint!! She asked that I drop them off for a couple of hours and come to get them when she was done. I came back to the happiest, pretties pups! There were no tears and they were actually enjoying themselves and so perfectly groomed! I won't go anywhere else! Kim is just the best!!"

He absolutely loves her, and is actually excited to get groomed. The salon is also very clean, and cute. Kim is very organized and you can tell she really loves what she does. I wish I could take Mutt Kutz with me where I'm moving to! Thanks for everything, Teddy will miss you!"
