Reviews of Free Range Doggy Daycare and Over night Camp
"My experience with the staff and services at Free Range Doggie Daycare and overnight camp have been fantastic. They are super organized and efficient. The system used for uploading vaccinations and information is easy to use. If you have to contact them, they get back to you right away and are happy to let you know how your pet is doing and behaving. The drop off and pickup has been flawless and our dog looks great and happy being with the other dogs. This was her first time going to daycare and kenneling overnight, I would definitely bring her back again."
"I have been doing some work in here. I must say it is very clean and the people are very friendly. They all are very dedicated to being nice to your dogs I would bring my dog here in a heartbeat. It is amazing how they can get so many dogs together outside in the fenced in area and get along like they knew each other since they were little. They have one fenced-off area for smaller dogs and a bigger area for the bigger dogs with places to cool down with water and lots of activities for them. They even have a camera system so you can see them. When it gets too hot they automatically bring them in and it is air conditioned perfectly."
"Found this place by chance when our normal place was booked. Our Great Dane would walk into the old place a little hesitant, now as soon as the car door is opened he is as happy as can be ... Staff is super friendly and throughly enjoy what they do. Update 9/30/22: Wow! they are getting serious upgrades inside and out. Pete the manager was awesome once again. Even with everything going on around him (contractors, people coming and going) he was professional and took the time with us -it's a great feeling when you leave your pet with Pete and his staff; you can walk away with confidence that your pet will be well taken care of and loved."
"Manager Peter is rude and argumentative. He told me two weeks ago I could board my dog there, and I called today to schedule the free trial day and he said they cannot take my dog due to construction. His response was simply, things change. I ended up calling back to try working something out since my vacation is a week away, and he is very snappy, saying he told me details of the stay two weeks ago that he didnt such as drop off times which greatly effects me leaving town. He also seemed overwhelmed saying he doesnt feed dogs that are there for one day because there is 25 of them and he doesnt have the time! Not even comfortable bringing my dog here due to this one manager alone, so cannot rate the rest of the facility past the manager because I will be leaving my dog with nicer people."
"My dog boarded at Free Range for a holiday long-weekend. I brought his bed from home, which the staff and the website said was fine. When I picked him up, at first I was told by the manager that his bed "may have gotten wet" and that staff "may have left it outside and it got rained on". When I questioned this, the story changed and I was told that another dog escaped its kennel multiple times over the weekend and that the other dog may have peed on his expensive bed. The bed smelled of urine. I had to cancel the rest of my holiday plans to go wash and dry the dog bed. The manager was not at all apologetic and told me that they couldn't control if another dog peed on my dog's bed. We have done daycare at Free Range as well. Unacceptable for boarding."
