"My sister, grandkids and I had a wonderful afternoon visiting Earthplace. Great place for kids and adults to connect to nature."
"Sent my 4 year old to camp here and one day they “couldn’t find his snack” in the front pouch of his backpack so they let him choose something from his lunch for the 1st snack and then just didn’t give him an afternoon snack. No one called to ask me or let me know at pick up. I unpacked his bag to find the full snack bags exactly where I packed them that morning. Reached out and got no response. When I finally got the director on the phone she gaslit me and took no responsibility saying my son said he wasn’t hungry. I would never send my kids here again. I grew up in Westport and am back only a year from NYC, have heard great things about EarthPlace- this was an egregious error made worse by the lack of accountability and acknowledgment. Things happen, there are many ways to deal with mistakes. These are our children we are trusting in your care. Do better."
"What a hidden gem for us! We participated in the letterboxing which was super fun and along the way we could see frogs, birds and other little wildlife. The interior building had the most adorable animals from chinchillas and rabbits to snakes and pigeons. So happy we traveled here."
"I enjoy visiting and checking in on all the rescues! I love seeing them happy & healthy! They are very well cared for. Awesome staff! Clean. Fun. Educational. You can always walk the trails afterwards too :)"
"This quaint "earth mind" school/museum (not quite) is a great place to bring little ones to interact with small animals. Then go for a hike on there trails, a wonderful way to spend time teaching your little one about animals & nature! And the staff...teachers to front desk are so nice!"
