Reviews of Roger Williams Park
"In total, there is so much to do and see. This is your usual city park that is packed with museums, areas to walk, food, a zoo, you name it. You can easily spend a day here, and there is plenty of parking."
"One of my go-to spots whenever I'm in the area! I love reading and walking along the lakes. In the spring and summer times, the park hosts Food Truck Fridays which offer a variety of food, drinks, and desserts. A gorgeous, well maintained park with a variety of activities, places to explore or walk around, and community events. There are museums, sculptures, statues, a carousel, mini and basic arcade, boating, biking, botanical center, and zoo. Entry to the sites are either free or $5 and under per adult. Restrooms are clean. Ample free street and lot parking."
"We had a nice time at the zoo. They are working hard there making changes to exhibits and new attractions, so there are construction areas. It was nice to walk around in a lighter crowd and see the awesome residents....."
"Went to the Jack o lantern spectacular. Highly recommend. 18$ per person parking is free. I want to come back during day time hours to visit the actual zoo itself."
"Went over the weekend for the jack-o-lantern spooktacular and it was wonderful! Rain or shine, parking wasn't bad, and employees were very friendly. So much talent went into this event, and we will definitely be back next year (planning to see the animals during the day too)!"
