"At first the communications with Jean were pleasant and great! My wife and I were expecting a great time with the pony. The guests at my daughters birthday party were complaining of how rude she was and was frustrated that the children weren’t listening to the rules. I understand that children need to follow the rules for safety but they are also just kids. We booked her for an hour and then starts to pack up and leave a half hour after showing up and stating that the kids were not interested and weren’t following the rules. This is unacceptable! Then she still required full payment for coming out! My wife was told we would have the pony for an hour and when confronting her she denied this and said something different! We will never rent from her again because she was extremely rude and truly seemed like she only came for the money and left! She was not professional and it was embarrassing telling that my own guests were acknowledging her being rude to the adults and children! I do not recommend her services to anyone! I would suggest paying a higher price for better service!!!"

"I booked this for my girls’ birthday party. While I fully understand the concerns that Jean had as far as weather goes, she was very unprofessional. Telling me that she would still expect the FULL amount of money even if she arrived and didn’t get out due to rain preventing the pony rides. All of my guests were appalled by the way she spoke and acted, especially while there surrounded by kids. I had to ask her to please acknowledge that there were children present and it wasn’t a conversation to be had in front of them. She was not kid friendly. Originally there was a weight limit for kids to ride, but then when she arrived she told half of the kids they couldn’t ride because she had a height restriction ( a very short one! ) And if the complete unprofessional attitude wasn’t enough... I had hired a Belle actress to surprise my girls. When Belle came over to pet the pony, Jean asked if she got paid to dress up like that. (Again IN FRONT OF THE KIDS! Who believed Belle was real) Belle smiled and told her no, she had come from her castle, Jean AGAIN made a comment about her dressing up. My girls are STILL asking me if Belle was fake because of that. I was so embarrassed to have her there acting the way she did. Absolutely do not recommend her. Don’t waste your money!!"

"The lady was very rude and arrogant....was demanding money before she even got to her destination and even said...”if my radar says it’s not good for the pony you’ll still have to pay me my whole fee whether the kids ride the pony or not”....she was not child friendly at all.... took the fun and excitement on seeing and riding the pony....kept saying “the vet said this the vet said that” if “The Vet” is stating all these rules and regulations then STOP using the pony.... to be in business with kids you have to be “kid friendly”.... which she WAS NOT....the whole experience was horrible....I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone."
