"I usually get my nails done by Mike but he was busy. So I ended up with Maria. Horrible experience!! I’m explaining to her what I want. Clearly she doesn’t understand me. I had to get Mike attention to explain what I wanted. His English is better. Then he explains it to her and She starts yelling in her language (Chinese) I assume. This is so unprofessional. The owner asked me to pay extra from $65 to $85 because she said I had extra work done. No, your nail lady is working backwards and harder because clearly she has no idea what I’m saying. I honesty shouldn't have paid extra for such bad service and inconvenience. It’s not the customer fault that there a huge language barrier. Since I don’t like making a scene. I paid and even tipped her and NEVER coming here again. Wasting my time. Taking longer and re-doing this because she doesn’t understand English & I had to pay for it ???"
