"I call ahead of time. I usually do a #3 pedicure. Worth the money. Limited amounts of nail polish, if you are looking for a certain color, bring it yourself. Generally people are nice and friendly, people come for years."
"So I had the owner of Fiji nails do my nails she started half way through doing my nails she asked one of her nail tech Finnish my nail and she messed up my nails I called the same day and the owner gave me app for next day at 10 am and I got there early and she never came to work when I talked to her on the phone to find out how they gonna fix my nails and she said she’s not very rude she not very nice she’s very rude she picks and choose who’s she gonna be nice to and they quick to run after you got a tip and always ask for tips to be over $5 no matter what the work it never again terrible job look for yourself"
"I had a very un pleasant experience with this nail salon. I made an appointment for 3pm and when I arrived on time I was told to the nail technician was finishing another client. I then waited 30 min and when I sat in technicians chair I said hello and her response was “give me your hand”. My appointment was for my acrylics nails to be taken off and then receive a gel manicure. She then pulls out a metro card to take off of my acrylics. I then asked her to please soak them because the card was hurting my nails and I usually get them soaked off. The technician then has an attitude and makes me sit in another chair to soak them because “I will take too long”. I then am not paid attention to for 30 min and the technician takes another client who did not have an appointment and Starts a full set acrylic French manicure. I then had to ask the technician to take off my acrylics as my nails have been soaking for over 20 minutes. She then takes off my acrylics and goes back to completing the other clients full set without given me any assurance of when she will be completing my manicure. After sitting for a hour and a half and only having my acrylics taken off I tell the technician I had to leave due to plans. The technician then gives the owner a receipt for me to pay $13 after she did not cut my nails, clean my cuticles or anything besides take off the acrylic nails I previously had on. I will not be returning to this establishment. I also advise others of color to avoid this establishment as their customer service was terrible toward me compared to how the other clients were greeted from the door and treated."
"I always go for pedicures and have never been disappointed. Very reasonably priced and you get 10 mins massage. Can’t go wrong there. I’ve gotten UV gel fill for my nails a few times… Never been great but for the price ($35) I was ok with mediocre nails. Went yesterday and left with very thick, lumpy and uneven nails. I didn’t want to complain and always tip above and beyond but when I got home I realized just how bad they were. Called to see if they can fix because I have a big event tomorrow. I was told they are too busy. Now I have to go pay to have them redone somewhere else because they aren’t even presentable. I won’t be going again for nails. Not worth the $10 savings."
"My nails have never looked worse. I went in with long nails explaining that I wanted to keep them long but they filed them down to nothing - they are now so short it is painful. Not only that but the manicurist had me bleeding from half of my fingers because she was so rough on me, then kept using the same piece of tissue with my blood all over it to try and mop up more blood after placing it on the dirty countertop, and painting over the blood - so unsanitary and definitely a health hazard. I had asked for dip powder and they told me no, that I could only do gel. Just all around a terrible experience."
