"I’ve gone here twice and both times they overcharged me. The staff is pretty rude and they argue with you about the costs. Also both manicures chipped within three days. Stay far away!!"

"This place wasn’t bad when I started going and I been going for a long time now even taken my mom, my friend and my cousins. And since I been going there for a while I sometimes tip them a little more. Before there was an option to leave tip on the card but not anymore and I remember one time one I asked the lady if she can charge me 7 dollars extra for the tip since I didn’t have cash and she did. But today they over charge me for the service, the towel they use for my feet look dirty, and when I asked her if she can charge me the tip on my card she said no that I was cash only . So at this point I was like I guess I’ll tip them more next time I come. I was walking out and the lady that did my pedicure she chase me out the door and told me to pay her te tip in cash. I was so offended because they made it seem like I was stealing from them . No where in the salon it says it’s mandatory to tip and mostly in cash. This is the last time I go there and the last time I recommended someone to go there."

"I have been going to nail ridge since I was a teenager and I love it. Recently my favorite staff member took over the store, Sally. She is absolutely the best and very kind. She already has made improvements. Tools are well cleaned, tubs lined, and the service is fantastic. Prices are also fair for the area. It is literally the only place I trust for my waxing needs as well. I know people had issues with the previous owner but I think everyone should give nail ridge another shot with Sally! I loved it even back then despite certain issues, but it is for sure keeping me as a loyal customer now!"

"I just finished getting my nails done with my daughter. They painted on sparkles for my daughter for her "birthday" and didnt even ask me first if I wanted to pay an extra $6 for some painted sparkles and they chipped right when we came home. Then when I was paying, she asked me if I was putting the tip on the card and I said no I have cash. And she replied "You have enough?" They kept looking at my daughter's feet and speaking their language. I find that so rude."

"I was recommended to go here by some friends, and I couldn't be more satisfied! Great customer service. Staff was friendly and professional. Mani and pedi looked nice and fresh. The massage was very relaxing as well. Will definitely come back soon!"
