"Sung treats her customers like they are apart of her family. I use Bianca and Vanessa for my manicures and both of them have always been professional and friendly. I always make an appointment and have never waited more then 10 minutes. I NEVER had a problem with my manicures, waxing or my service there. Been a customer since day one."

"The owner and her employees are very rude. I went for manicure and pedicure around 5:30pm , I came in and they didn't even say good afternoon, I told them that I would like to get a manicure and pedicure and the owner said, it is going to take time. I said it is ok. They didn't ask me if I wanted pick a color, I had to asked where are the colors for gel and one of the employees just pointed where it was. I decided not to do but in a while I was waiting for a taxi to pick me up the same woman she said to me with attitude, go to the back if you going to do pedicure. I said no. A few minutes later I left. I never felt so disrespected and experienced such a bad customer service! They don't eve deserve a star. I should give them zero starts!"

"And that’s cause I can’t give no starts. My cousin went to get her nails done. First time costumer. Waited over 2 hours to be seen. On top her nails came out like if my 4 year old goddaughter did it. $150 she argued bout not paying for the horrible service they argued back to her. She gave them the money to leave. They threw the money on the floor. Rest assure no one in our family is goin back there."

"Poor experience. My 13 year old daughter and her friend were asked to pick colors and informed they would be up next. After a 1/2 hour wait, the salon took 3 customers without appointments ahead of them. Then to add insult to injury, asked the 2, 13 year olds to come back two hours later. No explanation given. Poor customer experience."
