"I did not have a good experience here. Firstly, my cuticles were not taken care of and my nails were not cleaned. I stated what service I wanted (dip with tips) and confirmed it multiple times throughout my appointment. It was supposed to be $65. They kept trying to upsell me on other services by simply doing other things to my nails until I would have to tell them I did not want that. She tried to do gel polish on my nails which was extremely streaky and clumpy due to how she pushed back my skin making the bottom of my nail beds much lower than the rest. I then again told her that I wanted dip not gel. She then said that would actually be $85. I said I would pay the $85 price for dip with tips now since the gel looked so terrible. The dip also looked terrible due to the unevenness of my nails. I then said I just wanted a clear coat of polish, since I figured that if they were going to look terrible, I might as well go with the cheapest option, knowing I was going to get them redone tomorrow at this point. I’ll attach photos of the finished product- they look worse than when I came in. The issue isn’t just how bad my nails look, it’s also the fact that I made sure to clarify exactly what I wanted multiple times and was simply ignored."

"Toe nails were not cut smooth. Fingernails not polished to cuticle...too big a gap between color & cuticle. Technician seemed to be in a hurry. The up-point: the back massage was lovely."

"This was my first time to go here. Service was great. Lin did a very good pedicure. While letting my nails dry a very nice gal offered to give me a massage. That was for no charge. I then did an extra 10 minute massage on their special chair for $12. It was great and well worth it. I used the rest room which was spotless. The salon is very clean and as soon as I was done with the pedicure 2 gals cleaned it right away. I would highly recommend this salon."

"I am so disappointed with my experience. We called and got appointments for full sets of acrylic nails same day (which was great). I also did gel polish. FOUR days later, the polish is PEELING off my nail. I called and asked them to fix it, she gave me an appointment but I was a few minutes late because I had to leave work to get there. She tried to say she wouldn’t see me because I was late and she took another client that hadn’t even sat down yet!! She finally fixed my nail I get back to work and 3 hours later another nail peels!! This is gel polish it’s not even supposed to chip for 2 weeks! I call she says oh well I can’t see you now come later. I don’t want to come back I want my money back. Her response “WELL YOU WERE HAPPY BEFORE!!!” And then starts talking to whoever’s in the salon. I’ll never go back for such cheap quality nails and horrible service."
