"I come here on occasion because the manicure/pedicure deal is good, however this time I came in with drug store press-ons on my fingers. Nobody knew how to take them off and very roughly ripped one off of my finger and broke my real nail in half. Bleeding and all, no one apologized or even offered me a bandage. Get what you pay for I guess"

"Nails came out okay but she definitely cut too deep on 3 on my fingers near the cuticles. She also tried to force me to give her a larger tip, which is why I’m giving this place 1 star. Super uncomfortable feeling being hustled in front of everyone when you already gave a 10% tip …. Never coming here again."

"Would give 0 stars if I could. Probably the worst nail place I’ve ever been and it’s not even close really. They made a mistake on a couple of my nails and when I very politely asked them if they could fix their mistake they gave me some pretty nasty attitude and then intentionally did it even worse. 0/10. Awful customer service. Even worst nail quality. Please save your time and money and don’t make the same mistake I did. This place is a joke and deserves to be put out of business. If you’re looking for quality nails check white plains. This place is dog water. On top of that the place is filthy and the owner is very rude. TL:DR VERY BAD, PISS POOR QUALITY. STAY AWAY"

"literally appalled at how terrible my experience was here. I went in to get acrylic tips removed. they started by aggressively filing my nails with the machine, leaving the drill in the same space too long and heating up my nail bed under it (ouch??). I thought they were going to then soak off the acrylic…. lol no they literally took a cuticle cutter and a metro-card (???)and started prying off the nail- completely damaging my nail bed and causing me a ton of pain. I asked them if they could soak it off instead and he told me that they “don’t do that here.” I literally got up and left after one nail because i was fearful for my nail health. you can see how damaged my pinky is and how they were trying to crack and yank off the next nail before i walked out."

"This is my second time coming to this location thanks to my friend. Mind you, I barely do my nails… first time I came in I was satisfied with the work. Today was my second time and I’m beyond happy how they turned out. I’m not giving this place a 5star since it is “first come serve” and you do have to wait at least 30 min."
