"HORRIBLE - the nail technician was on the phone most of the time. He rushed me, was unprofessional, DID NOT do what I asked and made a complete mess of my nails. Plus it was EXPENSIVE!!!! Wrong color, wrong shape, misshapen and sloppy. Instead of trying to up sell me, you should have put some effort into my nails. AND when I told him I was not happy - he grunted at me and gave me attitude. DO NOT GO. Salon was not clean either!!!!"

"My search to find the perfect salon was a quest on its own, alas I was able to stumble upon Gi Gi Salon! I moved from Long Island last September and the place I would go to was pretty good but Gi Gi Salon takes it to another level of amazing. The customer service from the owner Steven is remarkable but the truly MVP is my nail technician Jay. She is the sweetest most attentive person, and the results never disappoint. Jenny is also another great asset to this company, her massages make me melt every time, she is very talented! Jay you are the reason why I was compelled to write this review!
