Now that management has switched hands to Leo, it has been a constant let down- nail techs with no experience, shoddy, low-quality work and higher prices. Leo has no sense of what customer loyalty and care mean. So, I’ve decided to go elsewhere. I would no longer recommend this place to anyone- unless you crave a dose of rudeness in your life."

"I had been coming here for years. I will never come here again!! I came in to get an acrylic set. While taking off my old set they ripped off one of my natural nails, and still charged me for a full set. When i brought it up to the gentleman owner he said there's nothing they can do. They did not apologize, they just brushed it off like they didn't care. My skin is raw and exposed and they just cared about getting paid. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Horrible customer service."

"I went here on a whim because I needed my nails done ASAP on a Sunday. They fit me in with no problem, and the whole staff was kind. Jenny did my hands and feet with gel and I loved the end result. She was very nice It costed I think 84 dollars and I gave her a $100 and told her to keep the rest as her tip. I was very satisfied with my nails. About a week in I had this awful pain on my ring finger, I figured it was a cuticle or something. Over the next few days my finger BLEW UP. I went to urgent care, I had an infection and needed antibiotics. This infection was so painful. I went in to get a return, they returned me $30. I’ve gone to dozens of nail places over the years and never once had this issue. And honestly now I will never get my nails done again because of how painful this was."
