"If I could rate them a zero I would, They over charge for basic nails and don’t know how to do designs. I came in multiple times to do basic colors and was overcharged. And I came in one day to do a oval shaped nail set with a design and they charged me $80 even though I didn’t like the shape because they did them very narrow and small even though I specifically told them what I would’ve wanted and showed them an inspo pic. They not only got the shape and size wrong but also completely did the design very bad and I had such a horrible service. Definitely don’t come here!!!!!"

"Great SNS powder ! Great job ! I love gorgeous nail !They changed owner last year and the owner is very nice and patient . Now if I have to wait, they will tell me how long I have to wait. Every single employee here is very, very nice and they do a great job. The atmosphere in the store is very good now, I like it very much.Great value for money in my experience!"

"I used to go here often. I have witnessed rude behavior between the manager and customers. The nail technicians are generally friendly, but my appointments have rarely been honored over certain regulars. The salon is clean and the technicians do a good job, but the yelling matches and just rude behavior that I've witnessed during several of my visits sent me elsewhere."

"First of all the OWNER and or MANAGER is the Rudest person I have ever met in a business atmosphere..She is not only rude she is offensive!! I have been there a few times and each time has been an experience. This time will be my last ...every BAD review here is honest and true. I walked in and asked for a pink and whites for my nails and asked for a price. The owner looks at me and yelled what you have on NOW in a very nasty voice. I stated they were gels and showed her my hand. Since I had not gotten them there she was annoyed. She stated the pink and whites would be $50.00. So I sat and waited my turn, she took 3 people in front of me. Than said you come over! She started to drill my nails and than said to me the pink and whites would be $100.00! I said you stated $50.00 she said that was for fill in. I said but you looked at my nails when you gave me the price, surely you couldn't fill in red nail polish with pink and whites. I also pointed to a sign just above her head that stated pink and whites $35.00, she said they were no good and she wasn't doing it. I asked why is the sign up than??? She got up and left me in my chair with half drilled nails and started to work on someone else, and proceeded to gossip about me to her now new client. I got up and left than came back and took a picture of the sign that said pink and whites $45.00 which I would love to post if I can. They have a person who gives free massages but only to who the manager say to give it to ...which are the ones spending the most money. It is the massages that have made the place successful. The Manager should be fired and go back to wherever she came from!!!! One more thing just before Christmas I went there for a pedicure I had my cell with me. When I got to the car I couldn't find my phone. I went back to look between the pedicure seats and she started yelling at me that I didn't lost the phone there. I asked her how did she know that, no response just a dirty look. I never got my phone back. As far as clean and sterile for a pedicure or manicure I recommend you bring you own tools! This woman is a money hungry, Rude person who does not deserve any business the way she treats customers. I'm done!!!!!!
