"The service is not good, they also require you to tip 18 or 20% when it is not mandatory. When the client is the one who must choose if he wants and how much he wants to tip, it should be optional for the client."

"This is by far my worst nail experience. Honestly I should have known based in the fact that it was a Sunday afternoon and absolutely no one was here. I walk in and the two ladies didn’t even look up at me. I tell them I want a gel pedicure and she seats me. I still end up waiting 10 minutes before she starts me because she’s finishing her own nails. She didn’t take push my cuticles back or out cuticle oil like most places she just cut them dry. Then proceeded to paint my nails so I asked do I not put my feet in the water? She says yes after the paint which I’ve never heard of but it was just done very poorly with little to no effort put in. I see why this olace has the ratings it does. I would never come back or recommend to anyone I know."

"Place was recommended by a friend. I have been there 4 times, first two times I had a decent experience, even though this salon does not use STERILE equipment, I let it pass since my dip powder lasted for upto 4 weeks. 3rd time it started chipping in a week but I thought it's one off times. 4th time, the owner herself did my nails, half French for which I paid extra. Said they would do powder but it was really powder base followed by gel color. Uneven bumpy quality, did not seal the tips properly, dents in nails, uneven French. STARTED CHIPPING IN A WEEK. Top of that billing tech DEMANDED TO TIP minimum 15% of total bill which included the tax too ( I had already tipped 10%). Never had this problem here. Honestly tips are not a requirement, they depend on the service you provide. I am paying for the service already and they don't even use STERILE equipment. Should I tip for their horrible behavior and service on top of price of service. NOT WORTH THE MONEY"

"My daughter & her friend went here today Monday 9/26 for a manicure. Her friend had nail extension & UV gel mani. Three times the manicurist cut my daughters cuticles leaving blood on each cuticle - when she went to pay she was told it would cost $95! Three wounded nails for $95. My daughter only had $10 left for a tip & asked the girl for change & the manicurist took the $10 bill & said to her “no this is my tip for the nails I did” when I picked up the girls they didn’t tell me what happened until we got home in Westport - parents make sure you accompany your daughters this place preys on the youth"

"I’m in disbelief of how badly my daughters nails came out. She showed the nail professional what she wanted as you can see the first pic below. The first time they painted her nails fully pink and not a pink French as she asked for. They redid them after I had to intervene , only for the nail girl to get upset and left nail polish all over her nails and also redid crooked thick pink French lined. They were so bad I couldn’t let her walk out that way -specially for the price. A second lady worked on them - she showed them the picture yet again and still thick uneven French tip. I mentioned it again and they were upset that I'm voicing how far off they are from the picture and proceeded to tell me all nails are different. I’ve been getting my nails done for a long long time we decided to try this place and what a disappointment. I have never seen anything so terrible. As for pedicure also terrible I have still lots of dead skin around my cuticles and just really sloppy job. Will definitely not be going here again. If I could give zero stars I would."
