"Very rude and unprofessional. It’s the second time and I won’t allow a 3rd time. Older female owner once got my eyebrows wrong and when I expressed it politely, she raised her voice and said she won’t do my brows again. After months, I went there today for a quick nail polish. I asked her availability and she spoke to me rudely again and was even rude to my kids. Well, guess what? I got someone to even give me a better service, which is worth every penny. Try Family Nails and you won’t regret it. Be change your attitude, it’s not like you give the best service. And shame if you are just racist."
"Place is dirty the one and the one working pedi chair they have the massager don’t work. My toe nails were done sloppy with with bobbles all over my nails. Two days later my white nails looked as if had black in the polish. Just save your money and go elsewhere"
"If I can give this place zero stars I would!! This lady needs glasses!!! I told her to her face that this had to be the worst pedicure I’ve ever experienced . A five year old could’ve done better! No offense kids! And she still proceeded to charge me $25 for this mess!!! She’s lucky she lives in my town!!! Because I was ready to walk out without paying her!!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!!"
"Really fun salon, clean environment and experience was pleasant. I was told a Gel pedicure would be more long lasting than the traditional polish so ended up paying more for that service. I usually get regular pedicures and they last a few weeks before I have to have redone. I went on Oct 13th and within a few days the gel color began to disappear. I have never had this happen before. Definitely disappointed I paid extra for this, unfortunately would not do this again or recommend as the product just doesn't perform as promised. (photo shows faded polish, this is not glare, the polish color is actually disappearing)"
