"This is my second time going to Delmy (not sure if I spelled it correctly). I get a mani and pedi and I love it every time. She takes her time and does awesome work. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She was recommended by my coworker."

"Very reasonably priced, I called and was able to get an appointment within the same hour. Heidi removed my UV gel and gave me a regular manicure, and she was great! Nail shape and length, cuticles, and color are all great. No complaints here, and I’ll definitely be back :)"

"My experience here wasn't the best, the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is for the woman named Delmy. She gave me an incredible message and took over doing my "OMG" gel pedicure. The first woman who was doing my pedicure named Casey was nice but seemed very inexperienced; she hurt me during every step she did ontop of that, I paid $100 for this pedicure and the entirety of my bottom foot wasn't even scrubed. I don't have callus so did not opt for that option. Casey also had no idea how to remove ingrown toenails and if I hadn't checked up on it she would have left my ingrowns there, additionally all she did was file the inner corners of my toes and told me that my ingrown was already cut...additionally with every step Casey did she took no care in trying to be gentle, she was rushing so much to remove the old gel polish and shaking her legs so much that she was constantly getting my skin. I was planning on getting up and leaving before Delmy came to the rescue. I came for relaxation and really didn't get that experience here. Furthermore the woman named Heidi needs to work on her customer service skills. I came in for my appointment and as I was in the process of taking my jacket off she took it from me; I didn't ask her to hang it up or even touch me for that matter. And I noticed she didn't do that to any other patrons that walked in. Additionally while Casey was still doing my pedicure, Heidi came over to yell at her/show her how to take nail polish off and she started squeezing my toes very painfully. I had never experienced that type of treatment at a nail salon. When I told her to stop because she was really hurting me; she simply dismissed me by saying "I know" and continued to squeeze my toes...then when it came time to choose a color she very rudely stood there repeatedly asking if I chose my color yet, as if they were really busy or something and she was in a rush. They had at most 2 other customers in there. When I did choose a style on my phone and showed it to her; she took my phone (!!!!) That was so incredibly weird, in the past when I have gone to other salons, they simply take a picture of my design from their own phone and don't even touch my phone. This Heidi woman was so rude and aggressive. Also the woman who did my UV GEL was very cold and unfriendly and was also very rough, she also over filed my nails and caused me lots of pain. I won't be returning."

"I made an appointment with Heidi because I love how she does my nails but when I went for my appointment she told me she was going to have someone else do my nails because she needed to answer the phone. The phone barely rang. She is very unprofessional for not wanting to do my when I made an appointment in advance with her. Poor service and DO NO RECOMMEND GOING THERE!"

"I went for the first time to Norwalk Nails and Spa with my mom and sister. I was attended by Heidi the business owner and she was kind and caring to my nails. She is a hard working business owner who values her employees. All the employees there are also very friendly and they all practice clean and safe practices when doing your nails. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will come back again"
