The Best Nail Spa of Wilton ---Tulips Nail Spa

"I started going back to Tulips about a year now, and I love it there. Usually Sunny would do my nails and it would come out amazing. Lately when I go to get my nails done, it’s been done by someone else which I truly don’t mind but I have always gone in with great expectations with what I wanted done. I would show a photo reference of what I wanted and lately the person doing my nails would either try to up the design prices or she just doesn’t want to do it and would try to talk me into something else. I know designs cost more and I have that in mind when getting my nails done but if a customer wants something they should be able to accommodate their needs and leave with the expectation they wanted. I also feel she rushes to my nails resulting in my nails not coming out smooth ,breaking or lifting. I got my nails done Jan 26 and I did not like the way they came out so I went to get them redone somewhere else."

"THEY BLOCK NUMBERS!!!! The girls here do an amazing job, and I was really happy with the quality. And i needed a reliable nail place because i get my nails done twice a month. However the management here mistook me for another customer who also goes by the nickname "Dee" and actually blocked my number. And the way I was confronted about this mixup was very rude and unprofessional, i came in for a refill and the manager accused me of missing my last appointment with Katie and i was out of the country for the date in question. I was very taken aback by the hostility and rudeness. I've brought it to there attention multiple times that when I call through my cell phone, the phone rings once and then disconnects. But using any other phone number to call, the calls goes right through...I can't understand why they blocked my phone number. I spend close to $200 everytime I go and tip the ladies that work on me with over 20% cash tip. I tried to not get upset over this but I've brought this to their attention multiple times. Just tried to call again to make an appointment and my number is still blocked and called using my work number and they answered right away...I don't know if this place is just racist or what but the women who answered the phone claims to "only answer the phone" was incredibly rude about it And demanded to know if i want to make an appointment or not. She was very dismissive and rude, how on earth did she feel that was an acceptable tone for a frequent customer who always gets UV GEL and expensive gel pedicures. And I know she manages the other ladies there or is a owner. It was very interesting that she felt I wouldn't recognize her voice on the phone; some people really lack any type of decency. Anyway there are so many places to choose from. They lost a customer today but it is no reflection on the ladies that actually work there, i highly recommend Katie, she is very friendly and works hard to make sure you are happy with her work. I'm sad to not see her again. Also, I've recommended them to multiple family and friends and have brought them so much business. However management is incredibly rude and racist, they should educate themselves on how to treat high paying customers Be aware people of color..."

"The best in Fairfield County. I get UV Gel & they last about a month, I get my money's worth. Jackie, Sam & Bing do the best pedicure & massage & Lily always does my nails! Make an appointment though, hard to get in without one!"

"I absolutely love Tulip Nails! I'm super particular about my nail situation and I finally found a salon that does a fantastic job every single time. Lily is incredible and also so nice to talk to.
