"I have loved coming here with my daughter for our nail dates and pedicures since I found this place. I went for a dip powder a few weeks ago and within a week 2 nails were off, and the rest were cracked, chipped, etc. by far the worst quality nails I’ve gotten. The owner blamed me being “too rough” rather than her tech doing a not so great job or even offering a discount. I got a fresh set of dip (full charge because apparently it was my fault) which has now lasted 3 weeks with not a single crack or chip. Definitely disappointed in the way this was handled so I’ll take my business elsewhere."
"I went to Elle salon a week and a half ago and a few of the nail have chipped already. I have done normal tasks (typing, cooking, going to the gym) so the nails should not have done this already and a few of the nails are very sharp underneath (husband says they are cutting him when I just touch his arm). The salon is very pretty and I would likely try going there for a pedicure but more than likely will not be getting dip nails there again. The technician was also nice."
