"Very disappointing. I have never gone to a salon for manicure and NOT had my hands soaked, my cuticles trimmed, and any type of lotion rubbed on to them. All they did was take off my old polish, put new polish on and filed them. I asked for rounded nails and they filed them into points. It felt extremely rushed and they kept having us move seats like musical chairs! The second tech that worked on my hands spent the whole time on the phone with his earbud in. My friend and I both had appointments but they still seem to rush us through. My friend had broken her nail down to the quick. Absolutely no empathy or sympathy and just filed away to the point that there were tears in her eyes because he was hurting her! Highly disappointed and now have to get another manicure to have my nails filed appropriately and my cuticles trimmed. Will not be going back"

"Went in to get a dip manicure. They took me right since it was a observance day for the 4th and weren't busy. Appointment was going well until the tech decided to check his phone and make a phone call in the middle of doing my nails without warning me or asking if it was okay. i sat there awkwardly for a few minutes. I paid $53 and left. two days later 3 of my nails cracked, and one has fully chipped off. I do not have time to go get my nails done whenever I want. I called 4 days later when I had time to go to let them know what happened to see if they could fix the 3 nails. person who answered didnt have time today , and asked me to come tomorrow. Unfortunately like I said I don't have time whenever I like and he argued with me on the phone. This is their cheap mistake, nails didn't even last 2 days and they should accommodate. Its 3 nails, not a full set . unprofessional and awful customer service ! would not recommend"
