#1 Nails and Spa

"I’ve been coming here for years due to the distance but I’m going to seek a new salon. This was the 5th time I’ve been in here and the lady with the glasses (middle age) was rude. She complained about me walking in however they accept walk ins. I ended up just leaving because you’re not going to complain about me walking in when you accept walk ins. The last time she was rude and kept telling me my hands were stiff and she began huffing & puffing; the sighing and just being rude. I stopped doing my nails and kept it to pedicures only. There were many other issues that just made me not wanna return when you add them all up. Also Gel nails get bubbles in them. For the price they charge this shouldn’t happen. I’ve literally paid $120+ tax & tip for Gel Pedicure and nails just for nails To get weird bubbles in them Pedicures are great (the guy) and he is awesome. He’s the only reason I remained a customer but nope!!"

"First time going and it was a terrible experience. The lady that did my nails was very rude. She shaped my nails crooked (I had to file it myself) she did not polish my nails well and gave an attitude when I pointed it out to her. Lack of professionalism."

"My wife got her nails done here for a special event. She got gel on top of her natural nails. Her nails started breaking the next day, which never happens to her nails. We went back to the salon and explained what happened. They said it's her natural nail, so we paid them to fix 2 nails. A couple days later, 2 more of her nails started cracking. We went back again, saying how can so many nails be cracking. They refused to help whatsoever. They have no customer service here. They use cheap products (my wife's nails have never cracked before) and they cheap out again by using very little product. They fooled us once, never again."
