"I was in town for work and decided to call and make an appointment for a mani and pedi. I was so glad they had availability. When I went in, it was pretty busy but I was greeted warmly. I couldn't decide what color I wanted but they helped me pick this really pretty light pink color. Eve did such an awesome job. It's been a few weeks and my nails haven't chipped at all. I'm pregnant and I felt so pampered and my stress just melted away with the pedicure and foot massage. I know it's pricey but it's definitely worth it so why not treat yourself? I mean how much do you spend on Starbucks every week? I would recommend this place to everyone."

"After receiving service, I asked to leave a tip on my card. After she ignored my request, I put down a cash tip instead. The woman at the register counts it and says “that’s it? Our customers tip 25%” since my tip wasn’t good enough, she asked for my credit card to swipe a separate charge for what tip she thought was adequate enough for her. I will never return. These people need a reality check. Be happy you received any tip at all for your bad attitude."

"Terrible. First of all no one greeted me when I walked in waited 5 min to be seen and then another few minutes for the lady to come out and start. Expensive for no reason, didn’t get anything extra but a simple French pedicure nothing extra and they charged me $70 for a pedi?? Crazy would never go back. And then forced to pay a tip. Never again. And I will share this."

"I was on a family trip staying at Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford Manchester (lovely property and staff!) and in need of "me time" special services when I found them in Google. My son had said to me "5 min from here" and as they stayed at hotel, navigation gave me 12 min, until it talk to me saying I had walking navigation set up, haha! So close! Anyway, Eve is awesome! Great waxing services! So happy that I convinced my 15 yr-old daughter to try it, and we are here right now! Unsure why a customer mentioned "unfriendly staff", not at all! Very friendly, sweet and professional, especially Eve. I think that the health-related tough times we are living in now make us think or say what is not true because of the social distancing. I do not blame them, but better keeping thoughts to ourselves because my daughter first checked reviews and she dis not want to try this place. However, services provided were to my full satisfaction and exceeded my expectations. Sad for not being able to try the eye lash extension, by appointment only and we are heading back home, no time to call the lady. Thank you, M Nail Spa!"

"They do a good job, but hide their prices, which are so expensive. I paid $95 for them to take my drugstore press on nails off then filed my real nails so short in the middle they bled. And then charged to lengthen my nails before doing the gel. And then giggled when she said my design on my ring fingers was free. I was cut several times. But in the end my nails looked great. Not saying I'd go pay their prices again, but it was a middle of the road service, but for too much money"
