"Wow rating continues to plummet, been going here since they were in the basement of Richardson Mall mid 90's..the owner continues to be unprofessional and rude to certain customers. Food is usually good but service really need improvement..once she wouldn't let my 6 year daughter use the bathroom until I actually paid for my meal..lady I've been supporting you for almost 30 years really!!!"

"I had my first meal from Saigon today. I was very impressed. I was greeted warmly, and politely by who I believe is the long time owner. My food was ready waiting for me when I got there Soon after ordering. The food looked just as good as it did in the pictures! When I got home to eat it, the taste was even better great quality and amazing flavor! My sister really enjoyed her meal as well. I will definitely be back! Prices are also great with larger portions. it is definitely worth the cash only."
