"I go here every week (sometimes multiple times a week) and get a meatball grinder on Italian herbs and cheese. Sadly today is the last day I go to your location. It was between 1and 2 pm. Today I decided I wanted to try a little spice on my grinder so I asked If you guys had red peeper flakes , the woman proceeded to say no they don’t have that and then proceeded to just put black pepper on my grinder. I told her I didn’t want black pepper and she just started saying it was my fault when I asked for her to fix it. She gave me a really hard time and a lot of attitude for me asking her to fix something I didn’t ask for. “This is your problem” she said to me. It takes me 2 minutes to get home. Took a bite and the meatballs and sauce were cold cold. I went back to the location, let her know the meatballs and and sauce were very cold. And asked if she could remake it for me. She told me no. I asked if she could give me my money back and she said no. I took ONE BITE. At this point I did give some attitude back because I felt like you guys were then stealing my money. Regardless if I’m a regular customer (which I am) you shouldn’t treat people this way. She then came over and checked the meatballs and said the machine wasn’t working and that I should have asked her to toast the meatballs before putting them on the sandwhich….how am I supposed to know your meatball heating pan isnt working ? I am frustrated because in the past she has made my sandwich multiple times, and I never have to ask these things that she is saying to me to ask for . She didn’t say it in a way of “to be on the safe side next time just ask us to heat up the meatballs and sauce before we put them on to make sure they are hot. It was said in a way of “you are wrong as a customer “ and she was rolling her eyes and being very confrontational. I get it it’s one bad experience but quite frankly it’s enough for me to not come back to your location. You guys gotta work on your customer service. Maybe next time when you talk to someone check the sandwhich before you give your customer attitude. Maybe just say “oh I’m sorry , let me fix that for you” with out telling me it’s my fault for your stuff not heating things up? Also dont put stuff on a sandwhich I didn’t ask for and then give me attitude when I ask you to please take it off(the black pepper) Maybe the heater was working and it was a fresh batch of meatballs so they weren’t in there long enough? ) I don’t know. Either way terrible service and terrible sandwhich. Cool she made me another one.. but I’m sitting at home with a sandwhich that is stale bread, and it’s still cold meatballs and sauce . You guys are better than this. Now I’m sitting here and feeling like you stole my ten bucks. And I’m tossing out the sandwhich to go eat somewhere else because I don’t want to go back to your location a third time to get more attitude."
"Had to go here bc worker at another Subway was rude (Bibi at Union Station is RUDE). So glad I came to the one on Farmington Ave. The worker here was friendly, sweet, personable, polite, professional. We shared upbeat, light conversation as she made my #8 Great Garlic to my liking. The positive experience here made up for the truly negative experience with Bibi at Union Station mere moments prior. If you have a choice between the Subway at Union Station or Farmington Ave, ALWAYD CHOOSE FARMINGTON AVE. Bc of Bibi and her piss poor customer service skills , UNION STATION is TERRIBLE!"
"If I could rate this subway zero stars I would. Absolutely no customer service. They don’t even acknowledge you coming through the door on their personal phone not making iContact with you and then when I’m ready to walk out the door going to ask me can I help you? Are you kidding me? And on top of that they have nothing covering the meat or the toppings. Disgusting."
"Worst Subway I've been to in a long time. The sandwich maker argued with me the whole time about not putting enough vegetables on the grinder. She told me it would ruin the sandwich. The real fact is that she wanted to save money."
"My subway account was hacked and stolen. The sandwich was ordered to this location . When I called to tell them about the fraudulent purchase, I was hung up on twice. To me, that’s a pretty good indicator that whoever answered the phone either has something to do with this or knows the person who did it. Enjoy the chicken sandwich, low life."
