"Not a good experience.My nail specialist spoke to her spouse and children the entire time she gave me a manicure Sunday. The family's television program was on very loud. All I heard for forty five minutes was an Asian cartoon show. Got a headache. Unacceptable. I will not return here. Many other nail places give better customer service by a mile. Sorry Zen - you just lost me as a long time customer."
"Very unprofessional, they act like if you're not paying to get your nails done you ask for something and they do the opposite and if you say it's not right to fix it, they have an attitude they only want your money. I will never go back here, Eyebrows, Nails, or any thing else."
"I haven’t gotten my nail done in years and thought I would treat myself. I use to go there, so I decided to go back. Bad mistake, My nails are not filed down enough( the Acrylic looks like fat bumps) They’re not shaped, some are shaped different from the others. And the color is awful. I didn’t really noticed until l got home and really looked closer. I’m going to another nail salon to have all of this done over. I would never go back there again! $50 went down the drain.East HTFD location"
"I had a appointment and I always have marry and she always is there for our appointment time. If I need her to fix something on my nails she does it without no trouble. I love Zens nail. The woman are all nice and friendly there."
