"If the service wasn’t horrible there would be a reason to pick this Dunkin. The service here is disgusting. They do not want to complete any requests and they openly displayed anger about my requests. I was kind and on the contrary the AM shift manager was beyond rude. I work close by so I have to endure the service at this location. Hopefully this gets to someone at the top and that can be addressed."

"Went there just now to order some breakfast. Usually I’d use the drive through but this time I felt like walking in. Was thinking of grabbing a donut bit when I looked there were FLIES yes flies crawling all over the donuts. I brought it up to the workers attention and they looked at me and told me there’s nothing they can do about it. How about they put stuff like that in an enclosed area so as to avoid stuff like that happening? I was immediately disgusted. What’s crazy is the thought of them actually handing people those same donuts to eat. It’s a shame . Nasty to say the least."
