"Cindy did a great job took me as a walk in and did my manicure and pedicure perfectly ✨☺️"
"*NEVER GO HERE* I came in for a full set asked for square and they gave me coffin nails I expressed that it was not what I asked for they tried to apply acrylic to shape the name to square i said I did not like the shape this man told me THAT HE WAS GOING TO REMOVE THEM AND “ I COULD GO BACK TO WHATEVER PERSON DOES MY NAILS” my jaw droped!!!! Mind you I’m completely respectful and understanding the entire time while I’m not satisfied but as soon as I was told he’s taking them off and I can leave I was blown away I never have been anywhere and been treaded like this !!! When I said I did not like them this is before he applied the Acrylic all the had to do was take the fake nail off and apply another one. This is how I left in the pictures below !!! Please just take your business else where !!!"
"Staff is really nice. But $75 for lumpy dip powder nails that don’t even go all the way down to the nail bed? My nails look like the fake glue ons you get from Walmart. So, so disappointed. Don’t know how they have so many 5 star reviews. There’s cheaper places that do much much better jobs. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and my nails look hideous, I’m so upset. Never coming back and I advise you to not come here either."
"Yesterday was first time visiting this salon, and I give this place a 5 star for quality of work. I definitely love the way my dip manicure came out, and my pedicure was great. Plus the salon was clean, staff was very nice/pleasant, and customers were coming in consistently…so I know they do good work. However, I give this place a 3 star rating bc of customer service, and being too busy at times to handle everyone in the salon at one time. Don’t get me wrong, none of the staff gave bad treatment to anyone, but they aren’t clear about services and prices with clients. At any salon I go to, I get dip powder on my nails and a regular pedicure, which usually costs me $80-$85 to get done. They had the dip powder priced at $45 and pedicure at $35(regular polish), which is $80. When I was done, I was told my total was $95. My tech said bc my natural nails are long, and takes more time to do, which is fine I guess, but say that in the beginning. I feel that price is more than what someone who got tips with dip powder would pay. Secondly, I was in there for about 2+ hours bc my technician had to stop multiple times to assist with a pedicure, finish someone’s nails, or cash someone out. This was all while doing my nails. I didn’t fuss about that, but that is something I definitely wouldn’t want ongoing. Lastly, my friend decided on a chin and eyebrow wax, and the technician doing my nails told another technician to do it for her. She told my friend that it’s $20 for both. Next thing I know, my friend is coming out with her eyebrows waxed, and an eyebrow tint. I asked her if she wanted that, and she didn’t know what I was taking about (she’s never had that done before). I said did her technician tell her that, or asked if she wanted that, and she said no…she was just laying there, and all of a sudden she feels her “put something wet on my eyebrows”. And she didn’t even do the chin wax, so she had to then do that too. So $20 turned into $40 without even checking in with my friend. I didn’t make a scene at check out like I would had like to bc at that point I had been there for a long time, and had other places to be. But the price was way more than expected when it wasn’t discussed prior. Oddly enough I would still consider them again, however, I’m making an appointment, and I want my price UPFRONT before I sit down with anyone."
"Today was my first visit and I have to say I loved it. Tina did an awesome job with my Pedi and my set. She even picked out the deep powder color and it is amazing. I have finally found my nail spot."
