"This store stole from me. Placed a late night mobile order, paid on the app. Got to the window and a male voice asked how he could help me. I stated I had a mobile order. No response. Said “hello?”, no response again. I pulled up to the second window and watched both, what i believed to be employee cars drive away without giving me my food when i had paid. Simply because they didn’t feel like making it late at night even though they were open when i placed the order and when i arrived."

"Everything is clean. They take good care of the building. Sandwiches were made with extra ketchup in stead of easy ketchup, but the rest was good."

"After a day of perusing the Westfarms Mall, Burger King sounded really good. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and placed my order at 8:34pm on 9/6/23. I could tell the man taking my order either had a really bad attitude or was terribly overwhelmed. Possibly due to the amount of work he had to do. Nevertheless, during our interaction at the speaker, he was very persistent and sort of demanding (as far as me telling him what I wanted). I overlooked it considering the time of day and his current situation. We got to the pickup window, he handed me the food, and everything went as normal as it usually does. Before driving out of the parking lot, I checked my bag and noticed that I did not receive a large fry I ordered separately. On the receipt, the man at the speaker put it in as onion rings which was not correct. However, I went inside and tried to explain to him what had happened. He was very skeptical, his demeanor and tone of voice was not appealing whatsoever, and the overall atmosphere was very uninviting/not friendly at all. After a few moments of deliberating with the man, he did give me the large fry I ordered but did not receive at the window. When he handed it to me, it was quite forceful. Even a few fries fell out of the container and onto the floor. The two customers inside witnessed the entire interaction and even one of them told me to "have a good night". Possibly due to him over seeing how the employee was treating me. I left abruptly and unsatisfied with the customer experience I received. As a first impression, it was horrible. I will not be returning to this location in the future."

"Walked in to get breakfast. Was told several times that someone would be with us. Took about 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Place wasn't even busy. 1 person waiting inside and 2 cars in the drive thru. Meanwhile the entire back (where food is prepared) was full of smoke and some alarms going off. Everyone working looked like they don't want to be here. Food took forever."

"the food is tasty and fast, the service is very good, there is also bilingual service, the orders are mostly through the window because there are few employees and for health reasons it seems appropriate to me, I must highlight the service is excellent, I will continue visiting them constantly and recommending them for its good attention and good taste."
