"Drive thru, 1/1/24, early morning - 1am-ish. Ordered 2 - 2 breast combo as the staff person said they have that. Received 1 breast and 2 tiny wings. Minimal fries. Soda was going flat and no receipt. And the person at the window was Quick to get the stuff out of the window and walk away. The person who accepted and blurted out what was available on the intercom and the person at the window for paying and getting the food were blatantly rude. Unfortunately I was in a shared Uber so I did not realize these food issues until already home. Guaranteed this goes to corporate. Maybe somebody there g.a.d. and will help me."
"The food is not that bad. I can rave about their Ghost pepper wings and their coveted chicken sandwich. However, the traffic and getting in and out is a nightmare. The atmosphere is disturbing. One would expect to find a patron the musk of Eau de Sewer and ramble on about space aliens."
"I really wish i could give negative stars. As someone who works in fast food it’s really not that difficult to get a order correctly especially when it’s extremely overpriced. I ordered a side of mac and cheese, fries, nuggets, mashed potatoes and a sandwich. I never got the sandwich never got the mac and cheese and instead got 5 sides of mashed potatoes, wings and nuggets. They even got the sauce wrong and i really don’t understand how you can mix up buttermilk ranch with sweet heat sauce. I don’t understand how they possibly got the order so wrong. It’s not a hard job, please do it right next time."
"It was my first time visiting this location. It seemed to be a bit rowdy while I was there but I was able to enjoy my meal and a nice conversation with one of the cashiers while she was on break. The chicken was super crispy, the biscuit was also delicious, and the sauces are unique. I'd recommend Popeyes for anyone who loves some after hours southern fried chicken, as the drive through is open until 4 am. -Qu1ng"
