"Spent about $100 in here to get a gel manicure, a gel pedi, and my eyebrows done. First to start of my gel manicure that lasted 2- 3 days before the paint started chipping, my eyebrows that I specifically said don’t make them thin and please clean them, well she chopped half of my eyebrow on one eye, it’s missing the ends!!! And wait there’s more the heels from my pedi were left so rough the next day! Just POOR POOR service ! I went to the older lady that sits in the back closest to the pedicure chairs. She seems nice but I will not be returning!! She definitely ruined my eyebrows and this experience was just a waste of time and money ! Everyone knows how hard it is to get your eyebrows to the perfect shape and she just ruined it! Ladies !! Be careful of when they penicillin your brows in …"

"I started going to Lucky 7 when they first opened. They are friendly and do a great job on my mani-pedi. I gave 4 stars only because the 2nd time I went I had an new nail tech and she left my acrylic nails a little too thick for my liking. My 2 favorite techs are Tommy and Navy! Will continue to go here for my mani-pedis."

"If I could give them a negative star I would. This is the second appointment I made to give them another chance. the first appointment I called and scheduled upon arrival they didn't ask anything just sat myself and my daughter down with another nail tech. charged me 65 for a child of 11 years old nails pretty plain in color the guy who seemed like the owner said oh hers can't be 35 because she got design. I said ok. I asked for a full set acrylic , French medium length square they charged me 75. I said ok. once they started my nails my cuticles were never cleaned or cut and neither were my daughters. The shape was terrible completely terrible like if a child had done my nails. Pedicure was ok but the lady doing my feet didn't ask me what type of pedicure they just proceeded to do a quick pedicure not to mention both times I felt extremely rushed. This time around it was worst. I called to schedule a fill-in appt. And prior to scheduling I asked the price for it and the guy o the phone stated 35. So upon arrival nobody asks me why am I there and automatically tell me to sit at the last desk where I am asked what color I wanted. I said I am here for a fill, same shape, don't cut them, don't change the colors. the lady completely ignored what I wanted. she proceeds to do the same thing no cuticle cleaning nothing. Ends up putting this terrible color on my nails and she shows me and I go I don't like it. so she wipes off this silver glitter she tried to put as the French design and leaves this metallic looking color on my nails. At this point I'm already pissed. She continues to say oh this looks so nice new style. I said I lie the french natural look. completely ignored. the French white line looked like a toddler had drew it on. I hated it. so she's finches and goes its 55. I said wait that's the price of this ? this is a fill in? she goes yeah. I go up to the register and I'm like I thought the person on the phone said fill ins are 35? I was so pissed I walked out after paying and didn't care what he was saying. last time I'll be going there. Please please do not waste your hard earning money here. These people seem money hungry. It looks like I did my own nails at home. The lady who may be the owner is really nice but they need to do better!"
