"Went with my family and ordered tacos with add ons. None of the tacos came with the add ons. not on them or in a separate container. They were not in the bag at all. I paid so much money in total just for the tacos and I had to pay even extra for the add ons to not even get them? that is ridiculous. and on top of that , the wait to get my order was crazy. Waiting about an hour for an order is not ok."
"Two of my friends and I ordered food inside at a kiosk and customized several of our food items, but when we received our food none of our items were customized, and our slushy drinks were forgotten. Drive-thru is better because even though the wait time is usually long, all food as requested is served and made with the expected ingredients."

"I was there tonight, I ordered two black bean chalupas. What I got in return was two chicken chalupas. Lesson learnt, Definitely check the bags to confirm your order as soon as you pick up. I tried calling them but no response!"
