"I’ve found this place to be inconsistent, and my rating is based off my last experience dining here. We were seated and waited 20 minutes before anyone even came to address us and give us water. Only able To order one drink because the service Was so slow. Waiter seemed all over the place and unprofessional . We had to have a regular waiter make us a drink rather than the bartender because the bartender was backed up with drink orders. My drinks was horrible, and it was something I’ve had before and used to like. We Ordered the surf and turf which I’ve had before and previously enjoyed, however this time the filet was chewy, tough, fatty and hard to cut . The lobster was so overdone it was charred on top and extremely chewy. The chicken tostadas were average . She shells felt hard and very stale. Safe to say I Will never eat here again."

"While I have eaten here a few times and the food was amazing( lomo saltado) I have recommended a friend have lunch here, In which we ordered pick-up and she got the Surf and Turf meal. What she received was in the photo provided and I don’t think that is sufficient or even visually appealing for the price she paid. I honestly feel bad because of the expectations that were put on this restaurant from myself. While I won’t say I will not go back, I just thought I would share what we got. She did not eat the meal as she was upset, therefore I cannot offer any review on the taste."

"Just went there tonight. Sitting down there was a few issues along the way but the place was beautiful live music ect. My friend and I ordered the our meals and I ordered lomo to go, when they brought out the lomo it was all mixed together. I asked if they can separate it because when it’s to go it’s for later, right? So everything will be soggy and harder to warm up… well they went back and fixed it and the waitress at the bar was kinda annoyed but oh well I’m sorry & I’ll make sure to tip her good Everything was fixed and accommodated and I left her a $40 tip on a bill of $160. WELLLLL the lomo had rocks in it.. yes rocks.. I’m lost. The guy sitting next to me at the bar was joking with me like haha hope they don’t spit in it because I asked for it to be separated, but chewing on rocks is a little bit worse, was the cook that upset they wanted to hurt the customer?"

"This restaurant has a special place in my heart. Authentic Latin cuisine. The wait staff is great and the place is gorgeous and relaxing. The only issue we experienced was not having the drinks we ordered, which was not a huge deal but for a Latin restaurant, Bacardi should be stocked. The portions have gotten smaller as well but it's OK. It's better that way, we won't overeat and leave room for dessert."

"The food is AMAZING! I have done both takeout and dine in. The flavors are so good. The specialty drinks are delicious. Currently my top spot in Stratford. My only critique is that the seating arrangements are too 'open'. You can hear the conversation of the people next to you and doesn't feel private. The inside is beautiful but they would benefit from a wall or booths to separate parties. Either way, 5 stars! I have been recommending them to everyone."
