"They had no customers in the salon so there was no rush. Ki was the technician who was asked to remove my gel polish & do a manicure. She burned me the first time with the drill. I told her my nails are very thin & sensitive. She burned me a total of four times. Shame on me for not just getting up & leaving after the first time. I needed the chipped gel off. $30 to be burned 4 times and to see the drill marks in my nails with just clear nail polish. Never again. Never. Not much of apology."

"I went in to get a much needed pedicure and some relaxation time for my anniversary. The lady that helped me was very nice but told me she couldn't do any designs. I went in with a specific design I wanted. Throughout the pedicure she didn't do very much cleaning of the toenails or scraping of my feet (I wear flip flops 24/7), she however spent most the time cutting deep into my skin. I was bleeding and when I left there my toes hurt very bad. When it came time for her to paint my nails she finally asked someone to do the design I wanted even though I had already settled on French tips. The lady who she asked was very persistent in trying to up sell me jell polish. I asked several times how much extra it would be. Instead of answering me she called someone and had them try and up sell the gel polish for her. Finally I said forget it I want just my tips with a certain rose gold sparkle polish. They then got upset because I didn't want the gel and became rude. I asked several times if the color they picked was the color I wanted (showed them a picture). They assured me it was. It wasn't, it was a very light pink. Needless to say I left there with very sore, bleeding feet and a color polish that I couldn't stand. My flip flop feet where in no better condition when I left than they where when I went in. The whole reason I got a pedicure in the first place. This isn't my first go around at a nail salon either and I paid for the highest priced pedicure."
